Curious, we own #36 LE , we have experienced brake light failure issues. I now see the 2018 and early 2019 models were equipped with non water resistant fittings and now the 2019 models have a updated connector that is water resistant.

Will there be a recall to address this issue for the early models? Brake lights are kinda of an important issue, safety speaking

They probably won’t do a recall but if you put in a warranty claim, they might replace it with the upgraded switch.

Great idea, can’t imagine they are going to go good for the needed fix for the already installed turn signal plug and play system. Those will also need upgrades.

Given the intended purpose of the Roxor, water resistant connections should have been stock. Obviously new products will have issues, good companies take care of there issues, throughout not just from a point forward, kind of like the lack of the oil pan skid plate that is now standard equipment.

Not once as a owner of one of the first units purchased has anyone from Roxor contacted us directly via phone, snail mail or email to ask for our input. Opportunity missed for feedback from one of the most used units. We run stock running gear, our opinions and experience should have mattered.

This could hardly be more valid or clearly stated. Seems so simple, yet proves so hard.
