I have a new Roxor it has 160 miles on it today my brake light came on checked lines and fluids all ok peddle works fine

Is the parking brake released all the way?

Mine was coming on intermittently last week out in the pasture. Had a large weed stem hung up putting pressure on the handbrake cable.

While under there, check all the cotter keys in all the shift linkages to make sure they are in securly and bent over properly. Make sure your axle vents are up and tucked up high.

What did you figure out with the light? The light is just a simple 2 wire switch indicator on the parking brake. If the linkage is loose, check the switch itself. The button may just be stuck

Got it thank you had some wet horse feed down around the switch
