Dual Battery System

Has anyone set up a dual battery system in a Roxor yet? if so what kind of isolator did you use? Did you go with a manual change over, time change over or a relay type? I am looking at the Front Runner DIY kit, but would like to hear some other options as well. I don't require a lot of power but would like to have more power than needed for extended times in the bush.

Marine supplies have great battery switches.
