I live in Florida and they are more than helpful on getting these things legal, they also have a discussion dedicated to the Roxor. Hope this helps. I think its mainly the US government.... and all of its bureaucratic red tape. And they hate diesels......

Not ALL diesels. Cummins is an Indiana based company , the first diesel ever put in a car. ...I wouldn’t leave home without one. ! ( It was a Packard , by the way )

Yep , we have many drivers who are still running old trucks just because of that. Only real problem California has an age limit for all commercial rigs.
