At least the stickers lined up ok..... kinda. LOL Over half of the holes didn't line up. Just gonna slot them and paint them. It's not going to SEMA, it's headed up in the woods.

Looking Good.
Wipers, Removing the Rib Breakers, and possibly reworking the Roll Bars with more tubing in the back area for a little more rollover protection.
Enjoy

So what is the height of the cj windshield frame vs the roxor roll bar?
trying to get the total height of the assembly to see if incan match the rollbar with some cutting and sleeving.

The height of the cj windshield is about 22" from the dash to the roof on the driver's side. I don't know what the OME windshield length was. I think I cut 5" off my roll bar; but that was to little much. So if you cut your roll bar just go easy on it .

10/4. I got the roll rar cut in half, then got called to go back to Ft. Dodge, Iowa for work. I'm thinking 4"-4.5", but I'll double check before I make the next cut.

Did you follow the angle of the windshield when measuring or drop the tape straight down to the dash from the top of the windshield assembly? That makes a difference.
The OTR windshield assembly is about 1/2 inch different if i go straight down..not so much with an angle. I cut and sleeved the rear roll bar to match the height of the OTR. I also removed that hump in the roll bar by the seats so the soft top is pretty flat now.

I measured the windshield frame itself. I didn't measure straight down. Your right the measurement would have been less if I would have measured straight down.

I picked up a donor 77 cj7. Will use the windshield, toolbar and heater if it will fit easily. If not go with aftermarket
I just put in a backseat for the gkids. It is the smittybuilt. A bit disappointed in it as it does have a latch in the rear but can only be tilted forward to about a 45 angle. For the latch and seatbelts bolts the fuel tank needs to be dropped.
