I have a 2022 roxor and would like to install a traditional looking grill. Not into large involved projects. So need something that will fit without too much modification. Any suggestions?

I would go to your local aluminum shop. If they have a plasma table, they can lay one out and cut it. Probably your cheapest and quickest route.

Diesel Freaks make grills similar to traditional Jeep grills. I’ll put a picture of my 23 with one of their grills, much better than stock

Reedcharlie, is that a direct bolt on grill?

Also, I like your hanging pictures in the background.

Yes, the factory one just snaps on, with a bolt at the bottom, and the replacement comes with bolts, washers, spacers, and nuts. Very simple, whole process took me around an hour, and I’m very slow and uncoordinated lol. They have a few different styles, 6 or 8 slots, or a diesel freak logo.

I notice that the wheel wells have been removed! Is that necessary to fit the grill?? would like to keep the wheel wells.
That’s just the way the front ends are now, it’s had no modifications besides the grill and turn signals

I just put a nice screen over the stock grill to cover up the stock one. Looks great.

Another vote for Diesel Freak.

Their grilles fit with hardly any modifications needed.

Damn, my ‘25 is just always doomed to be uglier than that one on the right huh? Someone needs to come out with a kit for under a g to make it look the same as the older ones. I’d buy it

Fenders, hood, Radiator guard, and other hardware should swap out. I checked on the issue earlier.

Sounds like another thing I'm gonna wait for you to figure out and then I''ll just copy you exactly. Thats my plan with the 2" and 35's still lol

Look at my post on this site
TJ Grill on Roxor

It is pretty easy

I was at a gambler 500 this weekend helping searching for trash on the backroads.
One fellow had a cj that was very tricked out. He had a fiberglass front that included the fenders, grill and hood all in one piece, It was locked down in front below the grill and hinged on the stock hood hinges.
Would be a challenge to make one for the Roxor, but sure would give the cj look to it again.

where did you purchase the new front grill.

I think a 1945-1947 CJ2A grille may work on the Roxor. I contacted KaiserWillys to see if I can get any dimensions on the grille.

The Roxor headlights are farther apart than a cj. I bought a cj screen to put over the Roxor grill to keep out brush and had to put it one upside down to look right. It is enough to cover the Roxor openings and the indents to go around the jeep lights is hidden behind the winch. Is just a flat black screen that looks great.
