Dropped my Roxor at dealer for warranty repair on 2nd gear synchro 11 weeks ago but correct part still has not been delivered. Tried sending email to Mahindra support in Texas but submission declined with message "Invalid characters". Anyone else experiencing similar problems?

Did you receive a response from that address?
No bueno but I appreciate the try

Important according to Google magic.

Hey Fly, you should see if they will source the needed items from Torque King. Torque King carries quite a few items for the Roxor.

TorqueKing looks like a good source. Got a call from the service Mgr. on Friday. He said that if part is not located by Monday they will replace the whole xmission. They claimed that Mahindra engineering was having difficulty due to production changes. Wrong parts were sent twice.

Hi,
I'm interested in purchasing one. Who did you use as a dealer and how did your service issue turn out? I'm just east of you in Indian Trail.
Mark

I bought mine at Mahindra of Anderson SC and got an excellent deal. My service is being done at Fred Caldwell tractor in Clover, NC. They opened for business after my purchase. I have been promised a new transmission and am awaiting delivery still. Cltmark, do you work at the airport?

I did for 36 years. PI, US, & AA.

I appreciated your post because I haven't seen many posts that address the importance of the responsibilities of the dealership. Did I read correctly that your machine had been at the dealership 11 (now 12 weeks)?

Were you ever able to contact a Mahindra representative?

Mark

I have 38 years, also PI, US and AA. Sitting in D con right now. Yes 12 weeks as of now. I was unable to establish any contact with Mahindra USA but am leaning on Caldwell to get it done. "All it needs is finishing up". You are welcome to come and drive mine if I can only get it back.

Yes. I would like to see and drive your machine.

The delay of help by the dealer is very concerning. Do suppose the lack of urgency from Caldwell is due to not purchasing the vehicle from them?
I presume you went to the Mahindra USA website and filled in the annoying contact card to no avail?
I suggest your next step is to go to LinkedIn and message Mahindra USA CEO Viren Popli and his merry band of cohorts in the "C" suite with the news that you are unable to contact anyone in Mahindra USA customer service.

There is a Mahindra dealer in Kannapolis. Any experience with them?

Caldwell did advise me when I dropped it off that it would be 4 weeks before they could open it up due to high demand season on the tractor maintenance. I also allow some delay is due to it being a new business. I was unaware of the dealer in Kannapolis. I will give you my contact info if I can find out how to PM on this forum. I do like the Roxor. I have read some customer feedback response about buying a mower from a big box store and not them.

Sounds good. Figure out how to PM. If not let me know. I'm not particularly difficult to find.

Established contact with Mahindra US yesterday. Their Email contact link is now working. Received phone call this AM from support with promise that replacement transmission will ship tomorrow and I will be supplied with tracking number. CLTmark, I will PM you when up and running. Thanks to all for suggestions.

Hey, FlyingFish, did you get the transmission installed?

I copied the tracking number and checked it with Fedex. They say it was delivered on 08/28. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!
I would be interested to know how long it actually took and what it actually cost for that new transmission to land on your doorstep.
Could you please elaborate?????
Thanks!!!

I got the call today on the way to work (Sep 3rd) that it is installed and ready to pick up. I will bring it home tomorrow after a quick inspection and ops check. Will provide update.
