tell us about the shift knobs, they are really cool, where you get them, extender also?

eBay on the knobs the gear shift came with adapters. The transfer case one has to be modified to work the factory one is pressed on.

I went with Walmart floor mats also- universal cut to fit, 2 piece I didn't cut them down, they fit fine as is.
