Steering Wheel Vibration

Just put a set of 285/75R/16 today and has a small vibration in the steering wheel. Tires ride smooth. The unit only has 55 miles on it.

Any ideas??? Any help would be appreciated…

Re balance tires. They are heavier than stock. Could be tread pattern as well. Not enough miles to have wear in front end.
