Trekmaster trailer

Other than painting the hi lift and putting it back on for looks and possibly the Jerry can holders I’m declaring this trailer done. Bearings are packed and I made some flares out of some surplus rubber coil mats we had lying around the shop. Was a simple slap them up and a self tapper with a fender washer to hold them in place. I even left them the original size and used the excess as a small mud flap of sorts. I think it came out alright and if needed they can be removed and the holes will never be seen as it had mounting blocks inside the wheel wells that I used. Tomorrow I’ll get it hooked up to the Roxor. For now here’s the finished product.

TxRoadKill, much better looking than the as bought! Let us know how the tongue height works with your Roxor!

I am in total agreement with USMC. Your trailer restoration looks very good. You Did Well. :)
I wish that my Military Jeep Trailer had a tailgate like your trailer has. Having WILLY on the tailgate would be a great touch also.
Come to think about it, I wish my Roxor had a Willy's Tailgate on it. For Farm use a drop down tailgate is much handier than a side swinging one. It is hard to set on a swinging tailgate. Much handier working on a drop down tailgate also. The swinging tail gate wanting to swing closed when on an angle is also a nuisance.
Not installing a Twin Stick Shifter from the factory, and not going with a Drop Down Tailgate are two things Mahindra did not get right on the ROXOR.
