Roxor Ownership
Looking to buy
Greetings all,

Id like to think that much of my use for the Roxor would be for work. Its been noted elsewhere on the forum that there is a PTO port on the transfer case of the Roxor. If you had your wish, what would your PTO accessories be.

For me, I like these. 1. Log Splitter. 2. Chipper Shredder. 3. Towable Backhoe 4. Generator.

Some type of log spliter or cone spliter.

Wouldn't you need some sort of extended PTO tube to mate up with the implements? I already have the PTO log splitter!

Yes. On the old Willy's, there was an attachment everyone I know called the cone that was attached to the transfer case. That fed a shaft to a gear box on the bumper. From there you could attach various types of PTO driven equipment.

Trail mower

That is something I hadn't thought of. That's a good one. You could probably make an articulated arm and drive off the back for a wide brush cutter. If it could do up to 3" brush I could get rid of my honeysuckle. Sweet! I'd add that to my list. Before the generator.

Trail mower
Snowblower (if front output)
Log splitter
Auger (summer work and epic ice fishing rig)
Chipper

I have a Willys PTO and rear gear. I’m very interested in what comes of the AG type work accessories.

Which version do you have? I know there was a Ramsey and a Spicer version made? Im really hoping to see that work soon.

I have two ‘linear’ Spicer units.

First use would be for PTO generator, which would free the tractor for lane plowing duty.

The more I think about it, the more a generator makes sense. For me, getting lights to a remote work sight is nice. Being able to charge tools and run certain power tools when I'm away from shore power is nice. Maybe provide some power when the lines go down.... which seems to be happening allot lately.

I wonder how big a generator it could be.:sneaky:

Thrashing pump is something else that just came to mind.
