Are 2.5 or 2.7L engine assemblies available?

Does anyone know of a source for complete 2.5L engines for a project I am looking at?
Just curious as I haven’t seen full assemblies advertised anywhere. - new, used, or manufactured
This isn’t a WTB ad, just curious where to find them.

There's a 2015 and 2017 for a decent price near sme, both with the 2.7.. All my research pointed to them being solid engine until I hear about the oil pan issue.. Sounds like pretty much every oilpan will leak and people are having to replace them as often as every few months..
