Not sure why but my 2024 New Roxor sometimes has the battery light on the dash lit not sure why ? Any ideas?

Generally, that means the alternator is not charging. I would start by checking the battery voltage with the engine off, and then with the engine on and see what the difference is. You should get around 13 to 14 volts with alternator charging.

My 2023 did it on startup if it had sat for a few days. I checked the battery in it vs my 2018. The battery they put in the 2023 is much, much smaller than the one in my 2018, it had over an inch of space on each side of it in the battery tray. I changed it to the same size battery(type, cca)in my old one, haven’t had the light come on since. My lawnmower’s battery is bigger than the one I took out. Maybe your dealer was cheap like mine

It went off after running a bit. But will probably just going to upgrade the battery.

My 2024 does the same thing. If it sets any the Battery Light will stay on for probably 30 seconds to a Minute.
I just picked up my Badlands ZXR 12,000 Winch. A Bigger Battery will probably be next on the list.

I just bought a 2018 and my battery light was coming on but only when/after driving through deep puddles, thinking water is shorting something somewhere? It went off after a few seconds or if I turned on off the headlights.

The heater grid in the intake usually draws the battery down. It will go out after running it and allowing the battery to recharge.

My 24 does the same thing the operators manual says it will stay on up to 130 sec after startup in cooler weather.

Go back a read what he is talking about. After getting it wet by driving through a puddle. It is not upon starting in cool weather when the grid heater turns on. I took it as a belt slipping when it gets wet.

I thought we were talking to Gabe?
