D Ring Shackle Mount

Is anyone aware of an aftermarket source that offers a mount, on the face of the front and rear bumper where 4 holes are predrilled, that will accommodate a D Ring Shackle?

I can have them fabricated locally for a price $$$.

I bought some two hole ones at Ship tons Big R ranch supply store, 2 inch holes. They fit perfectly n the front bumper. I haven't tried anything for the back yet. I had to shim them up with a washer to make the rings loose.

If you look at the parts catalog they offer an optional bumper with shackle mounts.
