I’m just going to leave this here.

Ok , we are all those of a different feather
An other respective is the reflection we have seen , as owners, of the Roxor. ........this vehicle has yet to be played out, it’s new , and is developing as we speak.......why is no other automotive endeavor anywhere close .? Laying down twenty grand for something we never expected , or thought was ever attainable , let alone our daily world. .......this is why I am so interested in the outcome.

It’s minus an egr and all associated parts. Install was easy and no codes!

I made the block off plates from 5/16” steel plate. It was probably a little overkill but I didn’t want them to warp and have a leak. You can reuse the metal gaskets that are on there. The only issue I had on mine was a coolant leak where I plugged off the water line on the pressure side but a worm gear hose clamp fixed it.

Other than the work itself, how does it run? And what benefit do you attain?

Now there is no benefit other than removing some excess heat from the engine compartment but over time and left alone a big difference. There was a surprising amount of soot for only 140 miles.

Other than DPF, EGR might be the single stupidest decison in the automotive world. It needs to go for the longevity of the engine.

Plugged not bypassed?

I plugged the coolant line on both sides of the water pump because the egr cooler was the only thing it fed. A bypass would just rob coolant flow from the engine because it would be a 6” loop that isn’t feeding anything else.

Very cool. Us tundra types will be putting that heat to good use :p

It will be a very easy place to connect heater hoses for a pressure and return side for those wanting to install a heater.

Thread Updated.
Moved all ERG DELETE into this thread and I feel it will be a hot topic!

Sure thing! I’m going to meet with a friend of mine this week about cutting block off plates in bulk on a water jet machine.

I am definitely interested in the plates.
