An other respective is the reflection we have seen , as owners, of the Roxor. ........this vehicle has yet to be played out, it’s new , and is developing as we speak.......why is no other automotive endeavor anywhere close .? Where did you find or how did you make the block off plates?
That’s exactly what I want to do to mine when I get my ECU back from Vivid Racing.

I made the block off plates from 5/16” steel plate. It was probably a little overkill but I didn’t want them to warp and have a leak. You can reuse the metal gaskets that are on there. The only issue I had on mine was a coolant leak where I plugged off the water line on the pressure side but a worm gear hose clamp fixed it.

Now there is no benefit other than removing some excess heat from the engine compartment but over time and left alone a big difference. There was a surprising amount of soot for only 140 miles.

Other than DPF, EGR might be the single stupidest decison in the automotive world. It needs to go for the longevity of the engine.

I plugged the coolant line on both sides of the water pump because the egr cooler was the only thing it fed. A bypass would just rob coolant flow from the engine because it would be a 6” loop that isn’t feeding anything else.

It will be a very easy place to connect heater hoses for a pressure and return side for those wanting to install a heater.
