We did ours back in May and love it.

Looks great, when will you have the piping for sale?

Any idea on pricing and what all will be included?

Any word yet on availability?

Jimmy, I spoke to them today and they were still working on brackets for the kit. The Stage 2 tune and clutch is available though. I wish I would have waited and just did the Stage 2

Sent you a message.

I plugged the coolant line on both sides of the water pump because the egr cooler was the only thing it fed. A bypass would just rob coolant flow from the engine because it would be a 6” loop that isn’t feeding anything else.
What size hose could you tap a heatercore into it?

I am definitely interested in the plates.
Sure thing! I’m going to meet with a friend of mine this week about cutting block off plates in bulk on a water jet machine.
I am in the process of having ECU flashed by Vivid and will be removing the EGR. I'm also interested in purchasing the plate. When you get them done let me know.

Talked to diesel freak today and they said it should just be a couple of more weeks on the EGR delete! ?

I haven’t pursued getting them made in bulk when diesel freaks said they would be making a kit. Sorry I forgot to update.

ill double check but I think it’s 5/8 hose.

I am going to tackle another egr delete this weekend and I will take more detailed pictures and instructions along the way. The first one was pretty much digging in and trying to figure out a solution.

Completed 2 more today, I had some block off plates cut on a water jet. Much better finish than my first one. I’ll get a parts list together and better instructions if anyone is interested. On to the pictures!
