Roxor Ownership
Looking to buy
What would be a flat out speed roxor would do ( stock 62 hp) if the speed limiter is removed ? Any thoughts

Total shot in the dark here, speed limiter removed and nothing else? Maybe 60-65? If you remove all the EGR crap and stuff like that maybe 75ish! Great question.

I'm sure some of these motor head genuisis on here might be able to give a better mechanically driven answer then me though.
I know just enough to be dangerous and get myself in trouble and look here for answers! Lol

I got mine to 73 with limiter and EGR removed. Still had stock tires. And I’m pretty sure I had the windshield on it. 3.73 obviously.

3.73 gears - 69 mph, same speed +2 tuned to 100 hp. with speedometer working. rc

I wanna say a GPS on my cell phone showed 80 or so. Stock tires, 3:73 with no windshield out in New Mexico where I bought it. Now I got a windshield, 285's and 5:38 gears. I think 65 is wide open with it screaming.

I dont recommend making it scream.

76mph cruise with 5.38’s 33” tires stage 2 tune was not a problem
That was fast enough

3300rpm was the rpm at that cruise speed
Peak HP is at 3200rpm in stock form

Tuned 3.73 84mph according to my gps. That is cj windshield up. I would be afraid to do that with a stock plexiglass one fearing it would be in my face or lap.
Feel very comfortable at 60.

The new ones stock do between 52-55mph. With the 2.7, no tune and 5.38 gears.

Tuned, 32" skinnies, 3.73 gears, did 75 MPH fine. It likes 70 better.

Anyone know what redline or max rpm on stock 2.7L?

Not sure if it's the same cam as my tractor (N/A 2.7 Mahindra 1640), but I think that revs out to 2600.

I can say, I basically never take the Rox above 2550 RPM. I'm around 2300-2400 to hit 75 MPH.

Redline for my stock '23 with the 2.7L is 2700 RPM. Down a hill I may be able to get it to 2750 but that's about it.
