Front Hitch Carrier

Kolpin makes a nice smaller UTV hitch carrier that is perfect for front hitch mounting. Very convenient when working on the ranch and when I will have my sprayer in the bed. $180 on ebay with shipping included. Front markers are off Amazon and sold as bike flags for visibility.

But who makes it? Does the receiver bolt to the crossmember bar between the frame rails?

Kolpin makes the carrier and Diesel Freaks sells (I believe) a bumper from Cecco. The carrier just mounts to the 2" receiver built into the front bumper.
