Welding how to do welding projects needed on your Roxor what are the precautions needed

Make sure you disconnect battery, have to grind metal to bare steel, make sure nothing will burn or catch fire(ie seats). Make sure heat ans wire speed are correct for metal thickness, and metals are compatible for welding

Not a bad idea to, but the key i think would be the battery terminals.

just disconnect the battery if you’re worried (I don’t), no need to disconnect the brains. Certified aerospace welder here.

I've done extensive welding on every corner of mine with just the battery disconnected. You don't need to worry about the ECM
