Mahindra support

ONE HUNDRED AND THREE DAYS. That's how long that it took to complete. I am unable to explain why but the experience cannot be described as reasonable. The transmission is functioning correctly and I am glad to have my machine back. No explanation offered. Just a surly "sign here, the machine is out to the side".

New 5 speed? Tell us how it feels.

I worked for a local Ford Dealership in Southern Michigan, and we had a customer who just purchased a Lincoln Continental. He drove it home and when he pulled into the drive, he pressed his garage door button and the car died.

We had that car for 3 days and with Ford Co. Techs on hand. Our dealership immediately replaced the car for another.

After three days one of the Ford Co. Techs asked if anybody checked the fuel level. That's all it was, and nobody thought to check. They were all looking at the electronics side because of the customer being adamant about it dying when he opened the garage.

I guess customer service has been in decline for years.

Yes, under warranty. Transmission shifts smooth now. I will double check that the fluid level is correct. I like the Roxor but wonder what effect the new 50% India tariffs will have on sales and parts availability.

I have not thought of that (Tariffs), they are affecting my work. So far, my only issue has been that Mahindra did not seal the transfer case. So, I have to seal the transfer case, but I am going to install the two stick-shift system. So, I will do the final seal.
