Parking brake stuck

We’ve had issues with our other roxor getting stuck with the parking brake but they have been easy to fix our 2020 however is very stuck it isn’t able to move no matter how hard you dump the clutch we have undone the parking brake underneath with no success in unsticking it any help would be appreciated

Have you pulled the tire and tried pulling the drum or hitting the drum. I’ve seen brakes get locked up on semis from the shoes rusting to the drum. Perhaps you have the same problem
