Rear drum brakes

I am needing to replace all the hardware on my rear brakes. Springs, holders,cylinder all rusted out. Diesel freaks brake kit is back ordered.
Is there a crossover that we can use?

I’d take what you have left to the parts store then look up a 50ish Jeep and compare and see if they’ll swap.
