I changed my fuel filter. After changing it the roxor did not start as fast and easy as it always had.
I tried bleeding lines and checking my seal on the filter. Still the cranking was getting worse.
To the point now, it will not crank without a shot of starter in the breather. Hot or cold. Of course it runs great after cranked.
I took the fuel filter off to check again, and noticed that the electronics of the water fuel sensor were exposed to the fuel.
Would this be why it is not starting right?

I actually went through a similar problem with a cat backhoe at work. I had all sorts of odd problems with it. Found a small drip on the fuel water sensor plug. Cleaned the crap out of it and moved it. Nock on wood. No problem for two weeks now. It would through fits after two minutes of initial starts.

The sensor is supposed to be exposed to fuel. Sounds like your issue is losing prime. Your O ring probably got a cut or in it or twisted when you spun it on. Did you lube the O ring?

Did you resolve this issue, having similar problems after swapping the whole filter assembly for a new one.
