Don't suppose you would share info on your Intercooler kit or what you used? I see there is one avail thru aftermarket but gotta be cheaper to do yourself.

It is a frostbite intercooler and I bought a tubing kit on ebay. simple install without egr. yes it is cheaper than the kits available, but i dont want to price it here because I have done some business with the vendors that are selling the entire kit. text me for more details 6415120419

Would love to get some info on your gauge install. How’d you get all the taps put in? How’d you know what wire were for each individual reading?? I also would like to do all individual gauges. Looks great

Thanks. I used a 1/4 inch thick aluminum sheet match to oem dash size, then used oem for pattern for all the mounting holes and switch holes i wanted to keep. Used a drill press will hole saws to punch for gauges. Got the kit from intelltonix. As for the rocker switches, 1 big square hole and used a 6 bank switch mount. Much easier that way. First installed bare aluminum too much refelction for me, so I covered in carbon fiber. The gauge kit comes with senders. It was time consuming, but i was happy with the results. I would consider going to 1/8 alum, much easier to machine and sure it would be strong enough.

Here is another thing you might like. Found a cable drive windshield wiper kit at specialty windows that fit nicely to hide all components behind dash
This is what is so cool about the Roxor, a little imagination and online shopping, and almost anything is possible.

Looks great, well thought through!!! Would you please share the info on the wipers, I am trying to work my way through this with different options. Also the intercooler parts info and pictures as well, building more boost creates more heat, need to intercool for engine performance and longevity. Thanks for sharing!

Good find on the wipers. one of my pet peeves is the outrageous prices vendors are charging for items like this and your info goes a long way to making it competitive.

Intercooler- Frostbite by Holly

Cooler tubing and hardware- search Ebay 2.5 inch kit ( this install requires egr delete and relocating radiator burp tank to behind driver side wheel well)

Wipers - Specialty Power Windows (there is a cheaper Knock off on ebay, I tried it, dont recommend it)

Save $$$

Finally got a chance to try out the mods.. we did a controlled burn on some CRP acres this week. Had a 45 gallon water tank for fire control, As you can see it was a little muddy out there. The new gear set up (5.13) Spartan lockers and super swampers make this thing into a cant get stuck rig.
Need to get the flares on tho.

Thanks, just got a new roxor a month ago and wanted 35" tires like my old cj . The look was like your set up.
looks good . keep up the nice thread.
