Remember the new ones are not like the old ones ...gear ratios, options ,looks .... really like the CJ 7 look ..... resale will be better on the 18-20 models .

I wasn't aware that they changed the gearing. I'll have to do more research. I had a 2019 but sold it when I moved to Denver.

I really like the 3.73 gears in the 18-19 but the 5.37 gears from 2020 to now wont work for me ... plus the roll bars are all different ....and with a different roll bar your top options would all different .......also the possibility of getting street plates as a CJ retro car on 18-20.

I'll have to see if it can be registered as street legal in Florida.

i picked up 2022 all weather and love it ,if someone wanted the old look could always swap hood,fender and grill
