If anyone with a plasma table needs the dxf for the doors, let me know. I knew the color match would be off from the paint store so I went sand colored.

If you know the RAL number for your paint code and the sheen you can get color matched paint. Looks like a satin or low gloss sheen to me. I know the olive drab isn’t a flat paint totally if I remember right. Yours is probably similar. I found a place that custom mixed the paint in spray cans. Even though my sheen isn’t a match in my grille it was close enough.

I spoke to my metal shop today and they are charging me $60.00 for two 3/16" aluminum panels. I will have them add the framework also so this is a great value. Thank you for the file!

That's cheaper than I would have cut them for made from 14g mild steel and I run a fab shop. So that's a good price if the framework is good

I am working with a local fabricator/metal shop, and he asked the following ..."
going to need the dimensions for the hole placement and sizing so
I know where to place the tubing". How would I answer him?

Thanks,

I cut mine afterwards. It would depend on the hinges too.
Watch this:

Fabricator has another question regarding the bottom edge of the tubing. How far off the bottom edge of the panel should the tubing be so as to avoid the floor pan? BTW, aluminum has become unobtanium as compared to mild steel. He is suggesting 11 gauge.
