Egr delete kits back in stock for 2.5 and 2.7 engines!

I can send you a copy of the instructions with pictures if you would like but I don’t have a video of it. It’s a simple installation. I’m not sure, but I would think that it would void the warranty if your dealer wasn’t mod friendly.

Thank you for responding and if you say it simple then I won't need the instructions, hopefully.
The instructions will come with kit if you get one from me, or I can still send them to you if you get the parts elsewhere. Let me know if you have any questions

Do you have a cad drawing or a to scale PDF of the plate? I'm still waiting for my Rxr to get here. Since I own a HAAS CNC and surface grinder and have access to a water jet, I'd like to cut me out a pair while I'm waiting.

Sent you an email, hope it will work for you.

FYI- There is no "delete" tune for the EGR on the 2.7. If you delete it, keep the EGR valve plugged in. Otherwise you'll have a derate.

I didn’t know if there were any “off the record” add ons with any of the tuners lol, but the placement of the plates keeps the the valve plugged in and the ecm happy with no codes

There's only 1 person tuning the 2.7, and the tune is very limited on what it can do. That ECM is locked down.

It’s more of a preventative thing, to keep it running better in the future and not just getting the intake clogged with carbon buildup or risking a potential egr cooler failure.
Im new to the Roxor game and I bought a new 2026 all weather HD 2.7L and was wanting to do the EGR delete with the wire left plugged in because the tune diesel freaks use won't remove the EGR error because of the law they said. I have done some research and watched several videos about EGR deletes and all of them warn that since the engine is set up for a EGR cooler that when you remove it , it can be bad for the engine because of the higher temps in the engine due to removing the EGR cooler and the air going in the engine will be off from what the ECM is set up to regulate with the EGR installed. None of the videos were about the Roxor, it was about trucks and bigger diesel engines. Maby someone could add some light on this. Thanks.

It’s a very short piece of pipe from the exhaust manifold to the egr valve. The cooler is mounted after the valve so I don’t think extra heat would be an issue from blocking it off there, it would be the same with valve closed and everything else intact. As for metered air and the lack of exhaust gas re-entering the intake, the ecm reads airflow after where the egr enters the intake so it would be reading actual air flow and not trying to compensate for the lack of airflow that is blocked off. Maybe someone else can correct me if I am wrong.
