ooooooooooo

My buddy has a Roxor and I do scanning and engineering, what do you want?

Here's the other side. A test piece in yellow. We've got it fitting pretty good now, just got to figure out how to get the print time down. By my calculations it's over $200 for the pair and I'm not getting diddly for the printer/hr either and just covering mtrl cost. I've got some cost cutting ideas, but I think it's going to be in that price range. Is that going to be acceptable?

Question: Once I get these ready, am I allowed to post a link to them here or is that a no-no?

My gut feeling is that $200 for a pair will be too expensive. You can likely get the cost down by making the grab handle part hollow or some kind of lattice structure inside, with 1/4 inch wall thickness and be plenty strong enough and significantly cut the material down if the handle is currently solid.

I've already tweaked the fill and a few other things too. There's one last setting and that's overdrive, but can't test it until I'm actually running the job. Hopefully the material will show up Friday, from there a half day in the dryer and I can start the job. Be about $165 ish for the pair if my assumptions are right about how hard I can push the device and still get good output.

Is it something everyone would enjoy? Do you all find getting in and out of the Roxor as much of a pain as my buddy and his wife do?

Get some traction on this and we can work up some other things that are wanted.

Absolutely, getting in and out is a PITA, especially without some sort of step. Your grip handle is exactly where I grab my roll bar to climb in and out. I don't have a windshield so I can grab it easily, but your grab handle would definitely be an improvement.

I believe that you can post a link, as I see links to many items all over the forum.

If this material works out I can do different colors too

Well, my buddy finally got around to getting the final prototypes of the handle installed and he loves them. His comment is that we nailed it.

Normally they are $150, but I will do an introductory offer of $99 for you guys/gals.

I've got a set of Red ones on the device now, should be done in the morning (if it doesn't mess up.)

So, hope this is allowed. Here's a link to it in my webstore:

As always, any feedback is most welcome and thanks!

Looks great. Tried to order. Are you already sold out?

I didn't have the webpage setup right, try it now, it should work and allow backorders. They are made to order and I should be able to fill the order w/in a week.

Is it mounted by the windshield, or by rear window?
What is estamated time to receive them after ordering?
Thanks, Phil

Make printed slotted rear and top corners 90 degrees ,then the slotted top corner caps, then slotted lower rail base and ,slotted upper door frame ,to make a hard full legnth top cap. After getting the printed pieces, just add the 1/8" thick flat aluminum panels (bought locally) ,trim them using a/your paper template .So then slide the trimmed sheets into the slots maybe 1 1/2 to 2 " slot depth on the printed pieces .Use like 1/4 20 allen head screws every 6 " or so ,to make a Roxer topper . These parts would be so easy to ship.

It's the windshield. I have a few orders ahead of you. More raw material shows up sometime today so I'd estimate if you placed your order now, it'd ship sometime middle of next week.

Thanks for the interest.

Hate to give bad reviews but I purchased the grab handles on April 1st. It's been almost a month and I can't get any updates on my purchase. I've left voice messages, text messages, emails and a personal message from this forum.
Has anyone else purchased anything from this company? If something changes I'll post it here. But as of now....Purchase at your own risk.
