What Did You Do To Your Roxor This Weekend?

Modified this RC jeep top to fit rear of my Roxor had a buddy relocate and add a few straps and added 2:5 inch rough country leveling kit

I installed a set of Mile Marker 481 locking hubs. The hardest part was getting the old parts off.

Are there any disadvantages of going with Mile Marker vs Warn? The lower price of the Mile Markers is definitely appealing.

I decided to finally install a skid plate for the oil pan.

Sun is out and so is the ROXOR. 67 degrees and no wind in SC. It was like April. So, I fueled it up and went on a 20 mile ride, and then washed it.

Ditto, expanding my driveway. With the help of my Chevy Roxor, and trailer, Roxor is a good stump remover.

I got a "Stump Grubber" and put it to work this last weekend. Thing is a beast. Whether straight pulling or using the winch in a tight spot.

I used a strap with the grubber to provide some give. Worked real well.

1- removed the catalyzer and install The Highflow cat delete exaust pipe.
2- install DL Intake hold down bracket
3- replaced my Steel winch cable with a Ranger 3/8 x 100’ Winch synthetic rope.
4- installed a pair of OEM Cabin steps.

My wife and I loaded up the kids and hit the local trail that’s on the backside of Camp Pendleton in Southern California. It was my first time taking it off road and I had forgot how fun it is to drive a simpler vehicle again. I’m so used to marking sure I pick the just the right line with my Grand Cherokee Trailhawk that it was fun to just point this in the right direction and it climbs anything. Super fun weekend.

I think they are awesome for getting the family/kids outdoors and getting that susnshine and fresh air in. Way too many video games being played now days.

Beautiful area (Temecula) when I was stationed there I loved jogging back there.
